This is what a boutique hotel should be. Our room was very small but comfortable. I saw the other rooms and they were bigger and more like conventional hotel rooms. But none of that mattered because when we walked in we were greeted by Ms. Nastaran and her smile and demeanor was essential to our enjoyment. The Food was fantastic. The decorations were unique and beautifully done. Location was within walking distance of several museums, shopping centers and very good restaurants (we recommend eating in the hotel). Parking was on an affiliate lot which was safe and conveniently less than a minute walk. Highly recommend this place.

This is not simply a hotel but also a museum, meditation corner, and a home. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The rooms were tiny but includes every single item that one would need.

Small boutique hotel, Sofia, and the rest of the team were super friendly. They made some great recommendations for lunch and dinner that were nearby. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and all our questions were answered. Rooms were of a good size with working air conditioning, and there were nice flowing showers. The location is central too.

Our stay at Araf Hotel was very pleasant. From the location to the reception decor, rooms and service everything was top stars. Special thanks also to Yunus, Sophia and all the staff at the hotel who really made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful with their assistance. Our only critique was from my niece whose top bunk bed creeked when she moved.

Absolutely don’t recommend to book this hotel. That was absolutely big shame. And big lies they are advertising their hotel. So expensive and no initial quality. The bathroom doors and water tapes were damaged and sometimes didn’t work. The rooms were very small and absolutely uncomfortable even for opening the luggage. The manager was very unfriendly and no responsibilities. The elevator sometimes did not work but there was control sticker on the elevator. It seams the owner of the hotel rented the hotel to someone and the renter changed the one bedrooms to the Two bedrooms and no repairs till some accident will appear. The stuff were very polite.

Average hotel with a great location, small rooms, and temperamental staff. I had a terrible breakfast service experience where I had to hunt down waiting staff to be fed. I wouldn’t stay here again.
